We PRE-VACUUM every square inch to remove dry soil before it gets wet, thus increasing cleaning effectiveness! Most cleaners SKIP this important step, not wanting to spend any extra time, but according to the IICRC S100 Standard for Professional Carpet Cleaning, dry soil removal should be the FIRST step of ANY system of carpet cleaning. If your cleaning technician doesn't pre-vacuum, SHOW HIM THE DOOR!

STEP 3

We MOVE ALL YOUR FURNITURE (except Entertainment Centers, China Buffets, or loaded Bookcases). We believe you deserve wall-to-wall carpet cleaning, so you can rearrange your furniture whenever and where ever you want to!

STEP 4

We TREAT STUBBORN SPOTS, making every effort to remove them… without damaging your carpet!

STEP 5

We PRE-SPRAY your carpet, allowing the detergent more time to work. Like pre-soaking your dishes, it gets your carpet much cleaner than extraction alone!

STEP 6

Would you wash your hair with shampoo, then neglect to rinse it out? Neither would we! That is why we then EXTRACT WITH A CLEAR-WATER RINSE, removing soil and detergent from your carpet fibers, with our powerful, truck-mounted hot-water extraction machine! This method leaves no sticky residue, which would attract dirt and cause your carpet to re-soil quickly.

Next, we BLOCK AND TAB YOUR FURNITURE, to protect your damp carpet from permanent furniture stains, and to protect your furniture from watermarks. This also speeds drying under your furniture!

STEP 8

Did you know that every time you clean your carpet, you remove the fabric protector, too? That is why one of the most important steps is to REAPPLY THE CARPET PROTECTOR. We use the best on the market, and we do not water it down!

And STEP 9

Finally, we GROOM your carpet, working in the fabric protector for optimal results-giving your clean carpet a professional, finished look!
